Back Corner: $20 per hour - fee waived at $150
Table: $10 per hour - fee waived at $90
- Amount to waive fee is food/drink purchases by the group

Rental of these tables allows for:

Access to Premium Games / Bringing in your own games

Lounge / Flamingo Room / Suite 202:

Flamingo Room: $25 per hour. Discount for longer rentals
- 3 Hour = $70 / 4 Hour = $90 / 5 Hour = $110
Full Suite: $75 per hour. Discount for longer rentals
- 3 Hour = $210 / 4 Hour = $280 / 5 Hour = $350

Pricing during NON-Business hours:

1-24 Guests - $200 per hour with $100 going towards on site food and drink purchases
25-75 Guests - $250 per hour with $100 going towards on site food and drink purchases
3 Hour minimum reservation

Pricing during Business hours:

SUN - WED: $1,500 (5:00p - 12:00a) with $750 going towards on site food and drink purchases.
THURSDAY: NOT AVAILABLE
FRI - SAT: $2,500 (5:00p - 12:00a) with $1,250 going towards on site food and drink purchases
- Delayed Open: $250 with $125 going towards on site food and drink purchases

Extra Services:

For Full Space rentals of either area, a $100 deposit is required.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
